I ordered and it arrived two days later which was a nice surprise. However, the box was quite damaged and damaged the boxes of the products inside. Luckily the product boxes protected the actual products so there was no serious loss

Resorting to trust pilot which I hate…
Resorting to trust pilot which I hate doing, but cannot get a response from customer service despite trying multiple times through other channels.
First order got lost because they use Evri who are possibly the worst courier in the world, now they have sent me the wrong thing as a replacement and just do not respond to any of my attempts to follow this up and get it resolved. Hugely frustrating.

Poor customer service
I used to order from this website all the time. There never been any issues until I needed to return an item that I ordered by mistake. It was brand new, unopened. They received my return on 5/07/2022 and still no refund. I have tried to contact customer services many times but with no response. Customer service is very poor, I can’t even reach anyone to speak to. It is very unfortunately because otherwise the website is great. My order number : FN61731458.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED- £72 AFTERSHAVE
Just received my order and the item was missing, just a delivery note inside, no damage to the packaging so must of not been packed. Was an expensive aftershave so really concerned! Waiting for a response from customer service, was actually a gift to my husband to be on our wedding day Saturday so that surprise has been spoiled! Hoping they will send one asap, you could feel the box was empty how it got sent out like that is ridiculous!

In-correct refund!!!
This is an ongoing issue, that Feelunique customer service Dani have said so many times that I was given 20% off and they sent a screenshot of how the system took out the discount and I replied on the email with the screen shot that I didn't get the full 20% discount. But Feelunique insisted that they have given me the discount! Shameful as the site is good, but the return process is so poor and the communication process is so poor as well. There are lots of sites that anyone can use, I will give you an advise, do not give this company the satisfaction of taking your money and when you asked for refund, it seems you are begging to get YOUR OWN money back! This is a bad service!

Aleisha the person responding to trust pilot reviews replied to my review to say they have contacted me. This is false, I haven’t received any form of communication since my review other than a reply to my review saying they have contacted me which they haven’t.
Customer support very helpful!

Dishonestly Refuse a Legitimate Refund
Dishonest- I ordered a few items from them and before I was able to cancel it, they had been despatched. I chose the correct items and ordered them on a second order.
The first order arrived and without opening any of the products, I requested a return label and packaged it all to be returned. Nothing opened or sampled.
I then received an email to say the order was not re-saleable. This makes no logical or possible sense.
So, Feel Unique receive unopened unused items and keep the cost. It’s a brilliant business plan!!! I’ll not be purchasing again and urge ever to avoid like the plague….

Via Trustpilot seems to be the only way I can get a response from customer service - I was unable to reply to email sent. Thank you for refunding the delivery cost. I still haven't received the order though & have had no further update on when it should arrive - please can I cancel it.
